| PRIVATE STREETS
Dunbarton and Elmhurst are private streets and the parking is restricted. Please do not park on the side with the no parking sign posted.
Certain streets in Nepenthe have limited 2 hour parking, unless you have a J Permit, issed by the City of Sacramento for residents. Contact the City for information.
Clubhouse Parking is limited for residents using the clubhouse, the pool, or the tennis courts. No overnight parking is allowed.
The CC&Rs restrict parking in the alleys. Residents or visitors or others who park in the alleys are subject to warnings, fines and towing.
