Architectural Committee: reviews the current architectural standards and home owner requests for variances. Current Chair: Dave Digardi
Election Committee: Oversees elections at the Associaiton. Yvonne Del Biaggio
Finance Committee: reviews the financial reports, including operating budget and reserve study. Recommends changes to the Board. Current chair: Marcie Mortensson

Insurance Committee: reviews the insurance needs of the community and makes recommendations to the Board. Nepenthe maintains flood insurance for all units! Most associations do not provide this level of protection. Given our location next to the American River, this insurance is especially important to our home owners. Chair: Richard Coombs
Policy/Rules Committee: reviews and makes recommendations to the Board regarding our policies and rules to maintain a positive community.
Social Committee: organizes a variety of events for all the residents of Nepenthe.
