The CC&Rs govern the changes that can be made to any home in Nepenthe. Before you consider any changes, please review the following list and talk to the manager.
BEFORE ANY WORK CAN BE DONE OR MATERIALS ORDERED, you must receive approval from the Architectural Committee. The Architectural Committee may request more information from you.
