The Board listened carefully to the feedback given by the homeowners at the paint forum, on comment cards, in email and in conversations.
As a result, the updated palette contains two new colors. They replace the darker colors from the initial proposal.
Please drive by and check out the new color palette on Otis Turner's house on the north west corner of Commons and Vanderbilt.
While there has been much conversation about the dark colors, board members have observed that many of the Nepenthe houses along Vanderbilt are currently quite dark brown.
Board members will be conducting Alley Chats on Saturday, May 10 from 10am to 11am to elicit comments from owners. A flyer with details will be delivered to mailboxes on Saturday, April 26. If you can't make the Alley Chats, please use the comment cards available in the clubhouse or email your opinions to the office.
